The rooms were bright and beautiful with a balcony and a great view, just perfect. The service was good and there was parking available on the surrounding streets.

The breakfasts here were unexpectedly delicious, accompanied by affordable sparkling wine and fresh orange juice, and we received great service; the pool was impeccably maintained, and it was enjoyable to sip on cocktails at the pool bar.

Beautiful and perfect rooms with balcony are accompanied by top-notch service. The breakfasts are very very good in the hotel, with the artificial orange juice and the cheap sparkling wine, for example.

Hyatt Ziva in San Jose del Cabo offered excellent amenities, professional and caring staff, spacious rooms, a large pool, and delicious dining options. The staff went above and beyond to assist and perfect their English. The value for the vacation was outstanding, with top-notch service and activities for all.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos in San José del Cabo is without a doubt a great choice. We had a fantastic time, particularly with the delicious food and its ideal location. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a stunning beach. Additionally, its proximity to downtown was very convenient for us.

The staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and always available to help. Private check-in with Fernando was a patient experience. Bell boys Carlos, Alberto, and Lucio provided helpful information. Paola helped us at the spa and Nancy and Amparo gave amazing massages. Maria at the bar made the best steak quesadilla. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great service from Arnulfo and Margarita. The resort had fabulous pools, a beautiful beach, and breathtaking views.

Stayed in a suite with a balcony which was perfect for me.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean right behind the property. There are also two restaurants, French and Italian, that offer delicious food. In addition, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. One of the standout features of the hotel is the lunch buffet at La Hacienda Beach Grill, which overlooks the beach and provides a beautiful atmosphere.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the slow and spotty Wi-Fi throughout the stay.

We had the most exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always available to assist. Fernando, during our private check-in, was patient and accommodating. The bell boys, Carlos, Alberto, and Lucio, provided us with valuable information about the resort. We also enjoyed the delicious steak quesadilla made by Maria at the bar near the adult pool. The Mexican restaurant had two sides, one for breakfast and lunch, and the other for dinner. The omelet station and the service provided by Arnulfo and Margarita were fantastic. 24-hour room service was fast, and there were plenty of restaurant choices and bars available. The staff throughout the hotel were fun, friendly, and amazing.
